NOVAFOIL ( VQ95-0000 PROCESS COLOURS )

Product Description :
For a special process series printing on highly hydrated and impervious substrates like glassine paper, cellophane, synthetic papers, foil etc Novafoil is the ink. Novafoil has very high colour strength, very good rub-resistance and good press stability. This series is vegetable oil based and dries almost completely by oxidation.

Detail Description :
Novafoil process series is our new specialty sheetfed offset 4 colour process set meant for printing on highly hydrated and impervious substrates like glassine paper, cellophane, synthetic papers etc. Such "foil-like" substrate are mostly used in label printings and others. Novafoil inks dry almost completely by oxidation.

FLEXOPLASTOL (AS/HR) INKS

Product Description :
Flexoplastol (AS/HR) inks are alcohol pigmented type and formulated to print by flexo on:

1) Treated low density polyethylene minimum 38-40 dynes.
2) Treated linear low density PE
3) Washed foil
4) Paper

DILUTION

For normal dilution, use Alcohol : Ethyl Acetate ( 9:1 for flexo) . Use Dowanol-PM as retarder. For gravure printing, use Ethyl Acetate as fast drying solvent.
For reducing color strength, use Flexoplastol (AS/HR) Gold Medium.
Please stir well before every use. Always keep ink in close and cool condition ( to minimise the ink from thickening, solvent evaporation ).

PMG INKS

Product Description :
PMG inks are formulated to print by gravure on:
1) Treated LDPE
2) Untreated LDPE
3) Treated HDPE
4) Untreated HDPE
5) Treated PP
6) Untreated PP
7) Washed and unwashed foil
8) Paper

Detail Description :
MAIN FEATURES

- Good gloss
- High scuff and rub resistance
- Good printability
- Not recommended for heat, oil and fat resistance
- Good non blocking characteristic

DILUTION

For normal dilution, use Co-solvent Y-631 or 6:4( Toluene:IPA ) for cheaper cost.
Use Dowanol-PM as retarder ( small quantity, maximum tolerance 5% ).
For reducing color strength , use PMG Gold Medium.

Please stir well before every use. Always keep ink in close & cool condition ( to minimise the ink from thickening, solvent evaporation ).

WOP COLDSET SERIES

IPI WOP Coldset series of inks are formulated to run on a wide range of multi-colour web offset presses example Toshiba, Uniman, Harris-Heiderberg, Goss, e.t.c.

These inks are suitable for conventional web press speed range of 20,000 to 60,000 IPH. colour intensity and versatility on many Web printing presses characterize these inks.

MDM Series of inks are specially formulated for decoration of three piece can and aluminum plate by tin lithography. These inks possess high gloss and very good adhesion. These inks can be cured at 150 - 160˚C for 10- 12 min. Beside Process Colour, these series of ink also come in 23 Standard Colours.
