Product Description :

VE 023 - PIR Movement Detector

Product Description :
This is an excellent security device, sees infra red heat of intruder in field of view. This is a recent design for a PIR detector and should not be under estimated. The circuit uses a PIR sensing element, movement detector IC and light dependent resistor (LDR) to provide an optimised circuit that will detect motion up to 6 metres away. You can adjust Daylight Sensitivity, PIR Sensitivity and On-Time by means of three onboard trimmers. A 30 second Exit Delay is available via the Toggle Output. The Output can drive small DC loads (up to 50mA) like a bell, buzzer, siren, relay, optocoupler and so forth. The PIR sensor and Fresnel lens are fitted onto the solder side of the PCB.This enables the board to be mounted inside a case with the detecting lens protruding outwards,whilst still allowing easy access to the controls inside the case.
