Product Description :
WATER REACTING POLYURETHANE GROUT

BINA PU GROUT is a MDI-base polymer system formulated to meet the requirements of modern building leak repair. The material is solvent free and therefore, non-flammable and easy to apply. The gel/reaction time can be adjusted by adding PU HARDENER or CATALYST. BINA PU GROUT reacts upon contact with water and form a closed-cell polyurethane foam, which is specially formulated for building waterproofing purpose.

BONDING AGENT & CEMENT ADDITIVE

BINA SBR is a modified Styrene Butadiene Copolymer emulsion. To be mixed with concrete or cement to improve the bonding between old and new concrete. Addition of BINA SBR will improve the water and chemical resistance of concrete and cement mortar.
